What is your return policy?
All of our devices come with a 60-day trial period. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase within the first 60 days, please email us at hello@bmlc.co.uk and we’ll provide the return instructions.
Please note the following for all returns:
Because we ship our products for free within UK, return shipping will be your responsibility.* Please note that we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments that are returned to us.
Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 60-day trial, which commences upon receipt of the product. Unfortunately, returns shipped after 60 days will not be accepted.
All returns must be received in like-new condition with all original accessories and packaging.
All returns received with damaged or missing components may be subject to additional fees. If applicable, these fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
All returned products will be inspected and processed within 3-5 days of receipt.
Lastly, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all orders that are returned to us.
What does this limited warranty cover?
These limited warranties cover any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Company will repair or replace, at no charge, Products or parts of Products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct the problems?
Company will either repair or replace the Products at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement products or parts of Products. For the first 180 days, the Company will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your request. After the first 180 days, Buyer will be responsible for Product shipping charges and related coverage while in transit to Company. Company will be responsible for product shipping charges and related coverage to the Buyer while in transit.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty period for Company Products depends on your purchased device and starts from the date of delivery. A replacement Product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product. The limited warranty is not transferable.
What does the limited warranty not cover?
The limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, or modification; damage by natural causes like lightning, floods, or other natural disasters; theft or loss of the Product.
